Coco dough has a shelf life of 3 months from production. Upon delivery Madame Cocos guarantees a minimum shelf life of 5 weeks for the catering industry and at least 14 days for the consumer.

The freshly baked Cocosballs are crunchy for about 2 days after that they are still edible for about 14 days and the crust is a bit softer but the taste is just as good.

All flavours of Coco dough are gluten-free. Also the freshly baked Cocosballs sold at markets and other events are gluten free.

However, the pre-packaged Cocosballs, available at the supermarket, are not gluten-free.

Currently Madame Cocos sells 2 flavors of Vegan, namely Natural and the bestselling Lemon Curd. There are NO animal proteins used in these flavors but vegetable proteins are used. These products are only available for the corporate market.

Madame Cocos also delivers parcel post abroad. There is a fixed rate per country.

The rates per pallet can be requested via info@madamecocos. There are 48 buckets of 10kg or 126 buckets of 4kg on 1 euro pallet.

A scoop is a professional ice cream scoop with which you create a perfect Cocosball. The scoops are available at Madame Cocos in 3 sizes.

The coconut dough is available in buckets of 500gr *, 4kg or 10kg or a bag of 500gr.

The flavours Natural, Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate and Rum Raisins are available in 500gr buckets. The 500gr buckets are available each for the home bakers or for the catering industry in a box of 6x500gr per flavor. The 500gr bags are available in all flavours in stock.

All other flavors only in 4 and 10kg.

Of course it's different for each bucket. Since there is no scoop loss, the sum is easy to make. A bucket of 4kg is the same as 4000gr, you divide this by 15 gr and then you end up with a total of 266 coco balls. So for 35gr a total of 114 pieces and for 60gr total. out of a bucket of 500gr you scoop about 8 fresh coconut balls of 60gr. From a bucket of 10kg you scoop about 166 coconut balls of 60gr.
