From production, Cocos dough has a shelf life of 3 months. Upon delivery, Madame Cocos guarantees a minimum shelf life of 5 weeks for the catering industry.
What is the shelf life of a baked Cocosball?
The freshly baked Cocosballs are crunchy for about 2 days after that they are still edible for about 14 days and the crust is a bit softer but the taste is just as good.
Is the Coconut Dough gluten-free?
All flavors of the Coconut Dough and Waffle Dough are gluten-free. The freshly baked Cocosballs sold at markets and other events are also gluten-free.
Do you also sell Vegan Coconut Dough?
Currently Madame Cocos sells 1 flavor Vegan, which is Natural. In this flavor NO animal protein is used but vegetable protein is used.
Does Madame Cocos also deliver outside the Netherlands?
Madame Cocos also delivers parcel post abroad. There is a fixed rate per country.
The rates per pallet can be requested via info@madamecocos. There are 48 buckets of 10kg or 126 buckets of 4kg on 1 euro pallet.
How can I share a tip, comment or complaint with Madame Cocos?
Madame Cocos welcomes email messages in [email protected] provided with the following information.
Name, address, postal code, city, email address, phone number, date tip/notice/complaint, type of product, relevant purchasing information, full description of tip/notice/complaint and expected follow-up. After receiving a complete email message, Madame Cocos aims to respond within 48 hours.

In what pack size can I order the coconut dough?
Coconut dough is available in 4g or 10kg buckets.
How many coconut balls can I scoop out of a bucket?
Of course it's different for each bucket. Since there is no scoop loss, the sum is easy to make. A bucket of 4kg is the same as 4000gr, you divide this by 15 gr and then you end up with a total of 266 coco balls. So for 35gr a total of 114 pieces and for 60gr total. out of a bucket of 500gr you scoop about 8 fresh coconut balls of 60gr. From a bucket of 10kg you scoop about 166 coconut balls of 60gr.
What is the baking advice for a perfect coconut ball?
- Preparation method and baking advice of Madame Cocos is an indication and differs per oven.
- 1. Heat the oven to 160 degrees
- 2. Place baking paper on the grid of the oven
- 3. Using an ice cream shovel or 2 spoons, make balls and place them on the baking paper.
- 4. place the grid in the centre of the oven
- 5. Fry the bulbs in 20 minutes.
Step 5 is of course different for each size or type of coconut ball.
